All of our products come with a 30-day Total Satisfaction Guarantee.  Products can be returned within 30-days of purchase for any reason.  Returns after 30-days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Abused, damaged, or opened disposable products cannot be accepted.  Some partial returns will be accepted, but the refund may be prorated.  All returns must be pre-authorized.

Most orders ship the day they are received.  However, sterilization procedures may delay shipping for up to 30 days.  All shipping charges will be added to your invoice.  All orders are F.O.B. Cincinnati, OH.  Please inform us of special shipping needs when ordering.

1. Pricing does not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling.

2. All orders will ship UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.
3. Payment terms are net 30 days on approved credit.  Past due invoices are subject to a monthly service charge.
4. Payment can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
